DELIVERY

Our standard UK delivery is £3.95 and Next Day Courier Delivery is £6.95. All orders are sent either Royal Mail First Class or by one of our designated couriers.  The premium next day delivery service is fulfilled by Interlink Express.

All orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be sent out the next working day. Orders usually arrive within a maximum of 1-3 working days from confirmation of dispatch.

On the run up to Christmas due to the volume of orders being placed on a daily basis it may not always be possible to dispatch as quickly as we would like. All orders however will be sent out a maximum of 3 working days after they are placed.

Next Day Delivery orders must be received by 1pm  and upon delivery they will require a signature, please therefore ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.  You will be notified by text and email directly from Interlink Express the time of your order and can rearrange delivery if you are going to be out.  Orders delivered Mon-Fri only, we are unable to guarantee delivery on a Saturday.

RETURNS

We offer a no-quibble 30 days returns policy. If you do wish to return your order please send an email to info@mollieandfred.co.uk quoting your order reference number in the subject box so we can send you a Returns Authorisation Code to include with the return or alternatively please call us on 01522 412108* to discuss.

Items must be returned to us unused, as received and in a re-saleable condition, with the original tags and packaging attached.

Returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense, therefore for your own protection we recommend that you return any items via a trackable delivery service and to obtain a proof of postage. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt.

We aim to issue a refund within 2 working days of receiving a return and we will send you an email to confirm when the refund has been issued. 

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you are entitled to return an order for a full refund - including the original delivery charge - providing you are returning the entire order and your have informed us in writing within 14 working days of receiving it.
