Shipping & Delivery

We are offering free shipping available to all Australian addresses at low order values.

Standard delivery is free on orders

  • over $50 to WA postcodes ($10 flat rate for under $50)
  • over $100 to all other postcodes ($20 flat rate for under $100)
  • WE ARE A WA STORE (pick up only available from our store in Claremont)

We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days. You can expect to receive your order within 2-4 days for WA and 5-7 days for all other states.
We ship smaller packages and remote country locations via the Australia Post eParcel service and all deliveries must be signed for. If there is nobody available to sign then your parcel will be left at your local post office. If your order does not arrive promptly then please check the tracking information via www.eparcel.com.au or give us a call and we will be happy to check status for you.

Larger packages are shipped via DIRECT FREIGHT all deliveries must be signed for. Where possible choose a business address unless you know someone will be at the location. If your order does not arrive promptly then please check the tracking information via DIRECT FREIGHT (INSERT TRACKING PAGE) or give us a call and we will be happy to check status for you.

 

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available on most orders, with an extra fee. Depending on the time of the order, Express orders will be dispatched the same or next business day and sent via Australian Air Express. The delivery time for your location will be shown at checkout but you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days for capital city locations.

All express shipments must be signed for. It is best to send to an office address to ensure someone is there to accept your delivery. If your order does not arrive promptly then please check tracking information via www.aae.com.au or give us a call and we will be happy to check status for you. If no one is available to sign on delivery your parcel will be taken either to the local post office or an Air Express depot.

Please call us for clarification if you need express shipping for bulky orders.

International Orders

Free shipping only applies to Australian deliveries.

IN STORE PICK UP only for WA.

We do offer international shipping by request! Please email us Claremont@uberandklein.com.au to confirm the cost of shipping your requested item.

Privacy & Security

Just like shopping at our store, our transactions are done directly between our banks – we personally don’t get involved. For the best in online shopping security look for the SSL technology symbol. It’s the industry standard to ensure protection of your card information. UBER+KLEIN is not part of a larger company or subsidiaries! We don’t give your information to anyone else.To enable us to complete your order or if you sign up to our mailing list, we do need some personal details. This information stays with us. Returns & Replacements

Faulty Goods

Great products sometimes fail due to a manufacturer fault! We must gain the manufacturer/ supplier approval to confirm a manufacture fault. Manufacturer's will always give a reasonable period of time that a product will perform with proper use.

You must notify us within 7 days of the fault so we can assist you. If the product is left for more than a reasonable time, we cannot assist you if the timeframe is outside of the manufacturer's warranty period. Please contact us to recieve a claim form to start the process.

We will replace the goods and refund the delivery costs of the returned item if agreed by the manufacturer/ supplier.

Change of Mind

If the product is in sellable condition, with original packaging – we can put it back on the shelf for someone else to purchase. Delivery and handling charges cannot be refunded for change of mind. Return of the item/s are made at the buyer’s responsibility. Please complete this form if you wish to return an item INSERT FORM (include receipt etc , return address etc)

All orders do require you to have an account to shop with us. It doesn't mean you'll get emails every day! Its your choice to opt in for our monthly news. Without registration, we can't get your purchase delivered.

If you think you already have an account, but are not sure, then click the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link to retrieve it. If you have one, you'll recieve an email in minutes. You can re-set your password then also.

IF THERE IS SOMETHING IN OUR STORE, but NOT ONLINE yet that you'd like to buy, please let us know and we can add it for you. Our online store will play catch up to our bricks & mortar store for a few months!

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Direct Transfer. All prices shown include 10% GST. Your payment is processed between the banks, so we do not hold any bank or card details. We choose to offer paypal as a trusted method of payment.

We always strive to keep our pricing to recommended australian retail pricing as per our supplier's recommendation. Sometimes costs to transport into WA do not allow for this, especially imported ranges we also have currency differences.
